Taljard School of Swimming
Swimming is an essential life skill
We offer swimming lessons for children and babies aged 8 months to 16 years of age, in an indoor heated swimming pool, in North . Teaching is offered from total novice to competitive swimming.
The swimming school had a complete facelift during the winter of 1997 when the pool was enclosed as a proper bricked in facility enabling us to maintain the water temperature at 32 degrees Celsius.
Yvonne, our youngest daughter, joined the swimming school as a fulltime and fully qualified Learn to Swim Instructor in 2001. Yvonne swam competitively for many years.
Today Yvonne is responsible for stroke development and competitive swimming at the swimming school. The Taljard School of Swimming is affiliated to Mandeville Dolphins under head coach Dean Price, a South African National Coach.
