Lydia Roux is one of South Africa’s

in the
corporate environment is on NLP Skills, Emotional Intelligence,
Leadership

Lydia studied
Teaching at Pretoria University and later on also started a
B.Com specializing in Industrial Psychology. She is a Neuro
Linguistic
Practitioner (NLP) and also studied Human Resources focussing on
Training
and Development, Industrial Relations, OD & OB and Personnel
Planning and
Workflow processes related to Business Performance.
Although she
focuses mainly on corporate development, her drive for people
development at all levels is also very evident in her work with
younger people
of 16 – 21 years of age. Guidance on career choices based on
strengths,
personality and behaviour has assisted many students in making the
right
career choices. Her strong belief in upholding personal and social
values is a
driving force in her life and also one of the pillars she describes
in detail in
her book she is currently writing on Leadership Principles.
Lydia has written
numerous articles on Human Resource related issues which

She also served
on and chaired many committees and boards in a lustrous
career spanning 25 years, and addressed many audiences on various
topics.
She currently is also a member of the Professional Speaker’s
Association.
Lydia co-presented a regular radio
programme on Women’s issues in business and her voice is a familiar
one on radio. She was a magazine columnist and wrote many articles
on Human Resource Issues. She also appeared on National and
International Television on numerous occasions.
Lydia has been described as a
Compassionate Trainer and an avant-garde
Leader and Coach. She is an extraordinary Coach and her Coachees
achieve amazing results. She is also the founder of the ‘Women in
Coaching forum’ which allows women of all spheres of life, both
business and personal, to meet, share, discuss and learn from one
